At DHI, we offer you the courses you’ll need to develop your career. We’ll teach you new concepts and skills to improve yours, your team's and your organisation's performance and you can apply them during the learning process, AND you can make big and often dramatic positive changes within your organisation way beyond the cost of the courses.

DHI as we refer to ourselves, did not achieve this reputation by accident. Right from the start, we believed that experiential learning, or learning by doing was the only way to make totally sustainable change. We have proven this over and over in the more than 40 years of our existence.  Elsewhere on this site you will find case studies of a few of our achievements and we can do this for you if you and/or your colleagues sign up for one or more of our courses.

Workplace Learning

With the exception of the Diploma and the Higher Diploma, all DHI courses can be carried out either totally on line with quizzes or multi choice questions to let the student know how well they are doing or the courses can be tutor led in either an 'on line' arrangement using emails or with the material being used as part of a classroom situation. In the latter case, the tutor will be a DHI approved tutor who has included our course in his/her own education or training programme. Even with the e-learning approach, the student is encouraged at all stages during the course, to look for applications in their work.

E-Learning

Our Quality Fundamentals package is designed initially for that purpose and when we created it we envisaged organisations buying access to this product in bulk for their labour force. However, it was also designed in such a way that a qualified tutor could work with it and small groups in a classroom environment. This will enable the student to work through the package in the company of his/her colleagues and is appropriate for those who are likely to have a more in depth involvement with the subject.

Blended Learning

This is the second option using our Quality Fundamentals course materials. DHI licence skilled users to use the materials in their own education and training programmes.

Tutor Support

Tutor Supported programmes mainly include the Diploma and the Higher Diploma in Quality Leadership. This has proved extremely successful over the last ten years and our ex students often progress to higher level degrees.

Consultancy

The addition of consultancy support is more common with larger programmes in larger companies but it not restricted this way. We are always prepared to help where we can.
